Get yourself into the holiday spirit with this fun filled Christmas baking class. In this class you will learn how to make a simple rough puff pastry, before rolling and filling those festive circles with delicious fruity mince.
While these are in the oven, we will learn how to use the mouthwatering Swiss meringue buttercream and an assortment of decorative piping tips to create festive cupcakes.
